Marlowes moves to expanded location in Brisbane

Author: Marlowes   Date Posted:12 January 2016

Marlowes Books announced that it has moved to larger facilities in Brisbane. The move stems from the unprecedented growth our business has experienced over the last two years.

This move confirms our long-term outlook of the business," said Mark Russell, Owner/Founder of Marlowes Books. "After all this time, we simply out grew our old location.  Our new, larger warehouse has been designed according to our optimal specifications, which will lead to an increase in efficiencies and enhance our ability to serve our customers,".  "We will miss Cooma and the Snowy Mountains area, but due to its remoteness it did make it difficult sometimes to get new stock and supplies. Brisbane is a capital city and offers much more prospects and options for our ongoing book sourcing. It will also speed up delivery to most areas due to our proximity to a major capital city and an Australia post hub".

Mark continued, "We have now completed the move and transition with our "New Books". These are available for purchase once again.
Our used, rare, hard to find, antiquarian and collectible titles are now being prepared for transport. These will be offline approximately between 10th January - 31st January 2016, they will be back and ready for purchase as soon as possible"

Marlowes Books is still using our regular address during this transition,

Marlowes Books
PO Box 270
Cooma, NSW
2630
Australia

This address will still be in place for sometime and all mail will be forwarded. We will update our new details shortly.

Everything else is "Business as usual"
