We guarantee every item sold Arrives and is As Described or if you are Not Satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days of the delivery date.
Returns – 3 easy steps
Contact us via our dedicated Returns centre. Include your order details, return reason and any other information we might need.
2. Return - Once Authorized. Wrap the package securely or even better, use the original packaging! Enclose a note giving the reason for the return.

3. Refund / Credit – Once your order is received and processed we will issue your refund almost instantly. Your refund will be given via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
* Important information. A lot of time and effort goes into our orders and getting them delivered to you in perfect condition and on time.
While we welcome returns we must have some conditions.
Postage. You are responsible for the original and return postage when a regular return is made.
Marlowes of course covers all postage when your item is does Not Arrive or is Not As Described. We have a have a maximum of $20 credit for return postage. Any amount higher needs written consent.
Missing Parcels. To qualify for a refund on a missing parcel you must notify us with-in 14 working days (domestic customers) 21 working days (international customers) of your order date and inform us of the circumstances. Enquiries after this time period forfeits our return policy and is up to the discretion of Marlowes Books.
