Marlowes is located in Brisbane and in turn are subject to the Brisbane March 2021 Lockdown laws.
Our website is open as usual. Our books are available to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Dispatch: Our next dispatch day is the first day that the Brisbane Lockdown is lifted. Until this, we will simply collect our orders and hold.
Our team will all be working hard to ensure we keep giving you the service you have come to know and love. Our fulfillment team is making every effort to ensure deliveries are not affected (outside of the Covid-19 Brisbane lockdown). Our warehouse has applied rigorous health and hygiene practices to ensure your parcel is dispatched clean and healthy, so you can order your books with peace of mind.
New Titles & Stock: We are well stocked and are listing new books each week as they come in and as per usual.
Customer support: Normal - Mostly 1 - 6 hours
Dispatch & Delivery
All deliveries are 100% tracked will be left in a safe place at the premises, no signature will be required.
We are closely monitoring the situation and adhering to recommendations put forward by the leading authorities.
