ONLINE ORDERS AND SHIPPING - 

We are open as usual. Our books are available to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We know this is an uncertain time for you, but we want to reassure you. Our team are all working hard to ensure we keep giving you the service you have come to know and love. Our fulfillment team is making every effort to ensure deliveries are not affected. Our warehouse has applied rigorous health and hygiene practices to ensure your parcel is dispatched clean and healthy, so you can order your books with peace of mind.

New Titles & Stock: We are well stocked and are listing new books each week as they come in and as per usual.

Customer support: Normal - Mostly 1 - 6 hours

Dispatch: Normal - 1 business day

Dispatch & Delivery

All deliveries will be left in a safe place at the premises, no signature will be required. If this is not possible, a collection card will be left and your parcel can be picked up at the post office or a collection agency.

  • Domestic: May be impacted with allowing for capital cities an extra 1 - 3 days. Country and regional areas may be delayed by approx 2 - 4 days. * Victoria, particularly Melbourne please allow an extra 3 to 4 days.
  • International: This is still impacted. Please add approx 7 days  to US, UK. 5 days to NZ. We are currently not shipping to all other international locations. As the situation develops we may contact you to inform that it is not possible to ship your order. If this is the case, we can issue an immediate refund.

100% of all orders are tracked, domestically and internationally.
